Veronica McMillian, MA

A Non-Profit Consultant & Trainer, she is known for her uplifting & inspiring presentations on empowerment and love. Ms. McMillian is the Founder/President of the Micro-Nonprofit Network Inc. founded to help small organizations grow and provide impactful and effective programs in the communities they serve.

Veronica has over 25 years of experience in education, training, community outreach, program development, and counseling.


In 2009 Veronica was awarded the WHRO Community Leaders Award in Public Safety and the Commitment to Children's Award from Continental Societies Inc. Also that year Ms. McMillian received the FBI's Community Director's Award for the Boys to Men program. In 2011 she was awarded the TCE Non-Profit award from The Career Engineer (TCE).

Ms. McMillian holds a Master's Degree in Human Service Counseling from Regent University and is a Manager of Academic Advisement for PhD candidates at Regent in VA.

Francine Allen-Humphrey

CEO/Founder of Issues Concerning Women established in 2007 with a focus on women and their families. Offering training & assistance to reach short term and long term goals of homeownership, financial freedom, business, career, and life skills. Francine is a former Career Services Rep at Bryant & Stratton College and Community Advocate who's mission is to empower families, small business owners and career seekers through hands on seminars and workshops.
